Everyone has been told that yoga would be good for them. Where to even begin though? And without judgement and fear? Bring a friend, or make one among a small group of brand new to yoga folks.
This is a 4 weeks series of 60 minute classes. Introducing use of breath, yoga movements, postures, and meditation to those new to yoga or those who would like to use chairs.
